How to Delete Your Account
We respect your right to data privacy and provide two methods for requesting account deletion from Outventure:
Method 1: Through the App
You can delete your account directly through the app by following these steps:
- Open the Outventure app
- Go to Profile
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Account
- Click "Delete Account"
Method 2: Via Email
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to wilkeleon2@gmail.com from your registered account email address.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (email, user ID)
- Challenge history and completion records
- Personal reflections and journal entries
- Profile pictures
- Feedback submissions
- Usage statistics and activity data
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Once completed, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
